Depending on the needs of the client a variety of techniques are used including classic Swedish strokes, crossfiber frictions, pressure point work and deep tissue massage. Can also be combinated with energy techniques (Reiki, Touch for Health)
It will help to increase the blood flow and with it more oxygen and nutrients will be available in this area and at the same time toxins (pain inducing chemicals) will be removed. A good circulation can prevent or reduce physical problems and keep or regain flexibility otherwise it comes to a dehydration of the fibers with the result that they tend to stick more together and become stiff or rigid.
