The Kamloops Golf and Country Club was established in 1914 and has been at its present location since 1952. The 18 hole par 72 course measures 5649 yards from the red tees, 6167 from the white tees, 6414 from the gold tees and 6687 from the blue tees. The club has a driving range and two practice putting greens and offers services including lessons and complete food and beverage service. The membership owned golf club has memberships available as well as welcoming non member daily fee play.

Mount Paul Golf Course was designed to provide Kamloops with a reasonably priced golf game that wouldn't consume an entire day. It's the first course in the area to open for the season and the last to close.
