Starting from Trans Canada Highway 1 Eastbound, take the Highway 5 North exit to Jasper. You will pass 3 sets of traffic lights en route. Then look for signs to Heffley Creek & Sun Peaks. Duration from Hwy 1 to Heffley Creek turn-off: Approximately 25 km/18-20 min. from Hwy 1

At Heffley Creek
Turn right at Heffley Creek and take the first left at the General Store (see directional sign for Sun Peaks). Proceed along this two-lane, paved road up the mountain all the way into the resort village. Duration from General Store to Sun Peaks Resort village: Approximately 25 minutes.
 
Distance & duration from Kelowna Airport to Highway 5 North turnoff: 153 km & 1.75 hours

Turn right out of the airport onto Highway 97 North. Stay on this highway through Vernon; you will drive through the city along the main road. Turn left towards Kamloops, 10 km after the first traffic light in Vernon; you will still be on Highway 97 North. This highway ends almost an hour (79 km) later; you will pass through Falkland and Westwold along the way. Stay in the left lane and take the Highway 1 Westbound exit. 26 km ahead, take the Highway 5 North exit to Jasper. Follow the directions as above from ‘Once in Kamloops’.
 
Duration from Vancouver to Kamloops: Approximately 3.5 hours along the Coquihalla, 4.25 hours on Hwy 1

Take Trans Canada Highway 1 eastbound from Vancouver to Hope*. Once in Hope, choose from 2 options to get to Kamloops: Coquihalla Highway (5)** or Highway 1 Eastbound. Drive to Kamloops. Follow the directions as above from ‘Once in Kamloops’.

*Please heed the driving & weather conditions displayed on the digital overhead signs prior to choosing your route.
**The Coquihalla Highway is a toll highway; $10 per car, SUV or pick-up truck.
 
Duration from Whistler Village to Kamloops: Approximatelymately 3.75 hours

Take Highway 99 North to Pemberton and follow the signs (one right turn) to Lillooet and Cache Creek. Stay on Highway 99 it comes to an end at Hat Creek Ranch, where you turn right onto Highway 97 South to Cache Creek. Stay on this highway (left turn at Cache Creek) all the way to Kamloops. Take Trans Canada Highway 1 East. Follow the directions as above from ‘Once in Kamloops…’.
 
Duration from Downtown Seattle to US-Canada boarder crossing: Approximately 2.25 hours

Take I-5 North to Bellingham; Exit on Meridian Street heading East and then head North toward the Sumas Border crossing. Once in Canada, take the Trans Canada Highway 1 eastbound to Hope. Follow the directions as above from ‘Once in Hope…’
