Tracy relocated to Sun Peaks after spending three years travelling and living outside of Canada. The appeal of living in a climate where (for a few months anyway) you were able to ski in the morning and play golf in the afternoon was very high. Tracy has a diploma in Business – Management Studies and has worked as the Assistant Manager of a value-added wood mill in Northern BC and for an Economic Development Society.

Tracey Lodge is a long-time area resident of Kamloops and Sun Peaks. She loves the small town feel that permeates the area. In her spare time, she loves to read, hike and adventure on the little roads that beckon!

Tracey is the Bookkeeper for Sun Peaks Accommodations but is always happy to help out where needed. She is working towards completing her CGA and looks forward to the ongoing expansion of Sun Peaks Accommodations. Tracey looks forward to meeting all the homeowners and guests who come by the office and is the person to contact if you have any questions about your monthly homeowner statements.

Tanya Roy has recently relocated from Vancouver, BC to nearby Louis Creek. She loves the new climate – sun instead of rain!! – and the outdoor activities. Tanya has a lot of experience providing dedicated customer service and support.

She looks forward to learning to snowboard this season and major interests (outside of work) include jewelry design, gardening, canoeing, aromatherapy & herbal medicine as well as arts & crafts of all kinds.
Tanya loves languages - is brushing up on her French - and would love to learn Spanish next.

She looks forward to meeting with the owners and guest and sharing her growing knowledge and experience of Sun Peaks with them!

Ryan was raised in Kamloops and spent many of his early days skiing the slopes of Todd Mountain. Early jobs included ski instructor and ski technician; by 1991 he had become the Director of Guest Services for the mountain.

He studied Tourism & Hospitality Management at University College of the Cariboo in Kamloops and Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship (Camosun College) and Real Estate Property Management (University of British Columbia).

In July 1995, Ryan established Sun Peaks Accommodations the first professional property management company focused on the new Sun Peaks Resort. As a full time resident and property owner at Sun Peaks, Ryan is a big promoter of the entire Sun Peaks community. Ryan and his wife Tracy are full time residents and property owners at Sun Peaks and look forward to raising their son Stirling here too.
