You will be given a copy of this House Rules and Information sheet upon arrival at Sun Peaks Accommodation's Office with your accommodations.
Sun Peaks Accommodations Corp., S.P.A.C., your rental pool agent, joins with the owner of these condominium/townhouse/suite to welcome you to Sun Peaks. Unlike a hotel, each condo & townhouse is individually owned with furnishings and décor being the choice of the individual owner. For this reason we ask that you not interchange appliances, dishes, linens, etc. between condominiums & townhouses. We invite you to make yourself ‘at home’; please give care and consideration to the home as if it were your own.
To assist you in enjoying your vacation at Sun Peaks we offer the following information:

- Maximum Occupancy per rental unit is limited to the number of persons in beds.
- ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED in any part of the unit by either residents or guests.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in any part of the unit by either residents or guests.
- The occupant is responsible for the conduct of his/her guests at all times, ensuring that their behavior is neither offensive to any occupant of the buildings, nor damaging to any portion of the common elements.
- An inventory of the contents of your specific rental unit has been made. Articles that are not accounted for after you depart will be charged to your credit card. The management company can provide a list of contents. The contents of your unit should not be lent out or exchanged with the contents of another unit.

- Your rental unit has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after you depart.
- Laundry is available to guests & homeowners at selected resort hotels, if your suite is not equipped with laundry facilities.
- The maid service has provided a starter kit of the basic supplies including hand soap, garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towel, Kleenex, dishwasher detergent, and liquid dish soap. Homes with in unit laundry will have laundry soap.
- The garbage depot at Sun Peaks Resort is at the central transfer station located adjacent the Fire Hall.
- The closest pay telephone is located at the Village Day Lodge or at the Sun Peaks Sports Center (near Snow Creek Village).
- When leaving your vacation home unattended, please close all the windows and lock all the doors. This will provide security.
- CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- PARKING - Passes are obtained at check-in, must be inside your vehicle & visible.
- On your departure day please ensure that you have packed all of your belongings; removed the trash; started the last load of dishes in the dishwasher; closed all the windows & locked the doors; turn off lights and fireplace; and returned the keys and customer service/cleaning comment card to the office.

- Do not leave skis or other equipment unattended. Use ski lockers, storage rooms, garages, vehicles, or retaining devices at rental unit.
- DO NOT BRING SKIS & SNOWBOARDS INSIDE THE HOMES.
- WILDERNESS AREA: Cougars, Bears and other wildlife are in area. Use caution and common sense when coming in contact with the animals.
- Watch your footing on outside decks, steps, driveways, and walks.
- HOT TUBS: If your unit has a hot tub, USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- No beverages, shoes, or food allowed in the hot tub.
- Children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
- No diving; No horseplay; Do not immerse entire body.
- Consult a Physician before entering the hot tub if pregnant or have cardiac condition. Do not use alone.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol or medication for cardiovascular or nerve disorders.
- Elderly persons or persons with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not use hot tub. Water temperature shouldn’t be over 40C.
